Marty Volant de l'équipe Synfoni a reçu le Best Student Oral Award à la symposium E - Wide and ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductors challenges: from materials to applications de l'E-MRS Fall Meeting 2026 à Varsovie.  Cette conférence dans le domaine de matériaux a selectionné sa presentation intitulée " Investigation of the structure and chemistry of interfaces in Ga2O3 based heterostructures using scanning transmission electron microscopy". Ces travaux de thèse sont réalisés dans le cadre du Labex MateriAlps de l'UGA
