Marty Volant selected for the Best Student Oral Award at the EMRS Fall 2026

Marty Volant working at the Synfoni team (LMGP) has been selected for the Best Student Oral Award at the symposium E - Wide and ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductors challenges: from materials to applications  of the E-MRS Fall Meeting 2026 in Varsovie.  This conference in the materials science field has selected his talk  about " Investigation of the structure and chemistry of interfaces in Ga2O3 based heterostructures using scanning transmission electron microscopy". This thesis work has been performed in the Labex MateriAlps framework
