RESEARCH GROUP: FunSurf
My current research is carried out in the frame of OXYGENE project dealing with the development of new generation of photovoltaic cells under the supervision of Jean-Luc DESCHANVRES.
Main teaching domains:
Materials science and engineering, metallurgy, Nanomaterials, polymers processing, composite materials, Materials resistance.
Research highlights
- Advanced materials for energy and active optics;
- Solar spectral conversion by up/down conversion through rare earth doped oxide;
- Nanomaterials synthesis using wet chemistry methods based on hydrothermal-assisted Sol-Gel method;
- Thin films synthesis by CVD and aerosol-assisted MOCVD process;
- Functional coatings (oxide, nano-composites, hybrid organic/inorganic);
- Synthesis and characterization of carbides and nitrides.
