What is a Data Management Plan (DMP) in research projects?

Many funding agencies including the European Commission and Agence Nationale de la Recherche require a DMP with every funded project that produces, collects or processes research data. The presentation will propose an introduction to the EU's Open Science policy aiming to optimize investment impact in research and innovation, with a focus on Open Access, Open Data and importance of data management. The presentation will also provide guidelines for elaboration of a project Data Management Plan: planning, examples, templates, useful tools and repositories to comply with the Open Science policy.
