AMBREEN Ambreen

PhD Student Team FunSurf - Supervised by Bellet Daniel

Ambreen is a PhD student working at LMGP Grenoble and ICMCB Bordeaux under the framework of a European project, M-Era-Net INSTEAD . Her research focuses on ' Development of thin films based on metallic nanowire networks and functional oxides for energy-efficient smart windows ' with main goals:

- Fabrication and optimization of silver nanowires-based transparent electrodes.

- Coatings of the protective oxide layer (a few tens of nm) on AgNW to ensure enhanced stability; for manufacturing stable transparent electrodes.

- Deposition of functional oxide ( V2O5WO3,  and NiO) layers by Radio Frequency Magnetron Sputtering on ITO-free transparent electrode for electrochromic applications.

- Fabrication of electrochromic devices and investigation of in-situ opto-electrochemical properties.
