The Silicon Nanowires prepared by Maximen Legallais, PhD student at IMEP-LMGP in Grenoble have been selected by Nanoart in October 2015

Maxime Legallais, Nanoart October winner, started his PhD on October 2014 at IMEP and LMGP, with Mireille Mouis from IMEP-LAHC and Céline Ternon from LMGP as supervisors.
The aim of his PhD is to study the electrical properties of silicon nanonets (acronym of NANOstructured NETwork) made of randomly oriented silicon nanowires.
