OBJECTIVES
We are combining 3D scaffold and 2D bioactive coating to create biomimetic cancer niches. The bioactive coatings are made using the layer-by-layer assembly. They can deliver bioactive molecules, including chemokines, hydrophobic drugs and peptides. We aim to understand how breast cancer cells respond to specific stimuli and to optimize drug treatments in cancers.
