Abstract
In order to overcome the bottleneck of performant p-type transparent semiconductor layers exhibiting similar conduction and transparency properties than n-type semiconductors, the thesis deals with the development of an innovative concept based on hybrid material. The idea is to associate a network of p-type semiconductor nanowires with a p-type transparent conductive oxide matrix.
