Abstract
Superconductivity in oxide materials is governed by its oxygen stoichiometry. In this work we have analysed oxygen incorporation mechanisms and the effect of charge doping on superconducting properties of YBCO thin films. I will present in situ ECR measurements, the effect of strain and microstructure on oxygen kinetics, and an in-depth study of electrical and superconducting properties (via Hall, XRD, magnetic analysis). The precise control of charge doping allowed us to strongly increase the superconducting condensation energy and set a new world record of the self-field critical current density at low temperatures.
