Registration fee covers workshop material, book of abstracts, welcome buffet, coffee breaks, lunches & conference dinner
Cancellation - Only two situations may be reimbursed :
- Failure to obtain VISA
- Disease, provided a medical certificate
The cancellation must be notified no later than June 8, 2014 : either by letter dated and signed (date of postmark) or by FAX or e-mail (received no later than June 8; ask for a receipt ).- Disease, provided a medical certificate
