Gabriel Prado da Sivla - Best Poster Award at E-MRS Fall 2026

Gabriel Prado de Silva working at the Synfoni team (LMGP) has been selected for the Best Poster Award in the symposium Q - Synthesis and characterization of functional nanocomposite materials de l(EMRS Fall Meeting 2026 à Varsovie.  his conference in the materials science field has selected his poster on " Atomic/Molecular Layer Deposition of Vanadium Sulfide (VSx) ultra-thin films for electrical contacts on 2D MoS₂-based devices". This thesis work is performed in the framework of the Labex Microélectronique of  UGA .
