My research focuses on Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) of Vanadium Oxide thin films for optoelectronic devices.

I received my Ph.D. degree in material science from Sumy State University (Sumy, Ukraine). During my Ph.D. study, which included a long-term internships at Riga Technical University (Riga, Latvia) and Uppsala University (Uppsala, Sweden), I explored tin sulfide thin films for application in heterojunction solar cells. I am currently a Postdoctoral researcher in the area of material science with a particular focus on the deposition and characterization of MOCVD - VO2 thin film at Materials and Physical Engineering Laboratory​​​​​​​, FunSurf group.
