Interfaces between Materials and Biological Matter

Our interdisciplinary group is focused on the interfaces between materials/biomolecules and cells, where complex physico-chemical and biological phenomena take place. Research applications range from biosensors and drug delivery to biomaterials and tissue engineering.

At the interface between material science, biochemistry and cellular biology, our research projects are organized in three main themes :

  • 18
The paper "Insulin aggregation starts at dynamic triple interfaces, originating from solution agitations" has been published in Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces
  • 11
The paper "Surfactant Protection Efficacy at Surfaces Varies with the Nature of Hydrophobic Materials"has been published in Pharm Res.
  • 08
The paper "Adsorption rate constants of therapeutic proteins and surfactants for material surfaces" has been published in Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces
  • 24
The paper "Consequences of ATAD3 Hemizygosity in C57Bl6j Mice" has been published in European Journal of Experimental Biology
  • 02
